Sean founded Alarmtel in 2000, and has led this family-run business since then. The industry has seen many changes over that time, mostly driven by new technologies and a greater awareness of the need for quality security services. While it is still based in Melbourne, Alarmtel has clients all over Australia, including large commercial customers, and retail shopping centres. But a large portion of Alarmtel's business still comes from its many residential customers.
